Patrick Moore is an Environmental Economist with Cheminfo Services and has over ten years of consulting experience. He specializes in:

· developing policy measures for environmental protection that span regulatory, market-driven, and voluntary approaches;

· identifying and estimating the costs, benefits, and impacts of proposed environmental policies; and

· assessing issues related to climate change and developing policy measures for addressing climate change impacts.
